With more than 20 years experience in watch design,research,development and engineering, we are able to offer different customers perfect one stop solution for their own special watch project. Here is general how we supply custom watch solution step by step:

Step One :2D Watch Design

If the customer haven’t their own watch design, we will listen to their ideas and check the specifications they give carefully, then our experienced designers will make a 2D watch design for their approval. Certainly we are glad to keep changing the design until they satisfied with it.

Step Two: Accurate Quotation

We will give customer a fast accurate quotation after the approval of the watch design.The quotation will include both the development cost of prototypes and unit cost of mass production.

Step Three: Production of Prototypes

• Further watch case technical drawing & 3D drawing,dial technical drawing and strap drawing etc will be sent to customer for approval after payment.
• The prototypes will be made exactly based on the approved drawings,certainly we will also offer professional suggestions to perfect the prototypes.

Step Four: Mass Production and QC

• The mass production work will be arranged exactly based on the approved prototypes.
• In house quality control and inspections during all stages of mass production.
• Help the customers to get certifications of RoHS,CE and Reach etc upon request.

Step Five: Packaging,Delivery and Photography

• Watches in bulk packaging or individual gift box packaging for shipment upon request.
• We can arrange door to door shipment or send the goods to customers’ forwarder upon request.
• We can help customer take professional watch images upon request.

Step Six: Warranty and After-sale service

• We offer 2 years warranty for factory fault, including stop working, waterproof,plating issues etc.
• We are responsive to all the watch issues feedback from customers, and usually will give solution within 24H.

We have our own independent stainless steel case and complete watch factory, with total 300+ talented workers and the capacity of producing approx 1.0 million complete watches per year. We are well equipped with advanced facilities and perform rigorous quality control system throughout all production stages.

We have own independent stainless steel case factory, which is equipped with advanced CNC,cutting,drilling,polishing and waterproof testing machines. The case takes the longest time during the whole watch production, our own case factory guarantee us to finish both the prototypes and mass production more faster than our competitors.

Complete watch workshop

We have top level dust-free complete watch workshop with advanced quality control facilities.We take rigorous quality control from hands assembling to watch accuracy testing to guarantee every watch are 100% comply with customer requirements.
